• Finality of Donations: Once a donation is successfully processed, it is generally considered final, non-refundable, and non-cancellable, as these funds are immediately allocated to public service programs (such as health camps and education drives).
• Accidental Donations: In rare instances where an error is made during the online transaction (e.g., double billing or entering an incorrect amount), you may request a refund.
• Refund Timeline: To request an accidental donation refund, you must contact us in writing at info@sarladrf.org within 15 days of the transaction date. Please include the transaction receipt, date, and amount.
• Processing: Valid refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 10-15 business days. The refund will be credited back via the original payment method.
